A circular letter stating the position of a convention of New York City past masters opposing proposed constitutional changes which would deprive them of their lifetime right to vote in the Grand Lodge of New York F&AM. The enactment of the constitutional changes lead to the formation of the Phillips Grand Lodge of New York, in opposition to the regular Grand Lodge.
