Manuscript written in black and red ink on paper (leaves 87 and 88 are vellum), with several diagrams and tables; set down by various hands (1551, with later additions). Leaf 122 states in bold red ink: "Wryten anno domini 1551." Includes book plates of John Ives (of Yarmouth) and John Borthwick (of Crookston). Faye, C. and Bond, W.
