Am Beginn der einzelnen Episteln und des zugehörigen Kommentars qualitätvolle Blattrankeninitialen in Deckfarbenmalerei, Binnengründe golden, ornamental gestaltete Menschen- und Tierdarstellungen. An den Rändern gelegentlich flüchtige Bleistiftzeichnungen eines Benützers (198v zwei gegeneinandergestellte Gesichter; 210r Christusbüste mit Nimbus; 214v zwei Gesichter; 215r Tierkopf; 255r bärtige Männergestalt; 257r Hand; 260r Gesicht und Segenshand; 274r Hand mit Schale); BSB-Provenienz: Herkunft ungewiss. Ihrem Initialschmuck nach aus dem Gebiet des Niederrheins. Frühester Besitzer Pfarrer Gerungus von Reimlingen bei Nördlingen, der die Handschrift Anfang des 14. Jh. mit noch anderen dem Kloster Kaisheim schenkte. Kaisheim, Zisterzienser. Den Kaisheimer Besitz belegen sowohl die Einbandstempel mit dem Kaisheimer Wappen und der Besitzeintrag des 16. Jh. (1r oberer Rand); Kaisheimer Signatur, 18. Jh.: 247. Sie gelangte 1909 mit der Neuburger Auslieferung in die BSB.
