Spine title stamped in gilt. Bookplate of the BPL Benton Fund. Early/contemporary inscription at head of title page struck out. Early inscription in lower margin of title page (not transcribed at time of cataloging). Early/contemporary marginalia throughout. Woodcuts and initials hand-colored. Bookseller's ticket of William Salloch on lower pastedown. Purchased from William Salloch in 1971 (his catalog no. 287, item 349).
