Es fehlt die erste Zeile, der Text bricht nach ca. 80 Prozent ab. Einige Fehler in der Abschrift. Unterer Teil eines Blattes nach einem Mahzor nach Wormser Ritus. Worms (?), letztes Viertel 13. Jh. Rekonstruierte Blattgröße ca. 35,0 x 55,0 cm. Schriftraum 25,0 x 38,0 cm. Aschkenasische Quadrata. Das Vokalisierungssystem ist dem des "Worms-Mahzor" in Jewish National and University Library Jerusalem, Heb. 4° 781/1 von 1272 sehr ähnlich.; Extent: I + 479 Bl. - Papier; Kurzaufnahme einer Handschrift; Shelfmark: Ms. lat. 56
