Dedication signed by Francesco Realino "Oratione funerale di Marco Antonio Bossi"--P. [69]-90 On t.p. is engraved coat of arms of Cardinal Rinaldo d'Este, to whom the work is dedicated. Folded engraved plate depicting the catafalque is by Alberto Ronco after Carlo Natali; 17 in-text emblematic engravings. Woodcut initials, tail-pieces Signatures: pi1 a² A-H I² K-M Getty c. 2 lacks folded plate, but loosely inserted is an unrelated folded etching depicting a church interior arrayed for a funeral. It is by Francesco Cecchi-Conti after Paolo Parigi, and is taken from: Delle lodi della cristianissima Maria, regina di Francia e di Navarra : orazione funerale / di Giouambatista Doni (Florence : Massi & Landi, 1643) Binding, c. 1: modern vellum. Copy 2: coarse gray paper wrappers
