Venerabilis: deuoti [et] examij contemplatoris magistri Richardi de Sancto Victore liber primus de arca mystica: In quo de co[n]templatione qua[n]tum ad eius p[er] p[ro]prietate[m] [et] distinctione[m] per genera sua subtiliter disseritur: feliciter Signatures: a-r⁸, s⁴, t⁸ Printed in a single column, 27 lines and headline per full page. Spaces with guide letters left for capitals. The headlines give the title and the book and chapter numbers Amerbach presented a copy of this book to the Basel Charterhouse in 1494 or 1495
