Title page printed on both leaf a1r and a1v Imprint from ISTC; dated about 1493-1494 by CIBN; dated about 1488 by GW Signatures: a-b⁸ c-e⁶ Printed on Chancery size paper, 36 lines to a full page; area of text: 135 x 86 mm.
