On Time and Being contains Heidegger's lecture on "Time and Being" together with a summary of six seminar sessions on that lecture-a lecture on "The End of Philosophy and the Task of Thinking," and a short retrospective piece on Heidegger's relation to phenomenology. If it serves its purpose, this entire book will be an introduction to the question of Being in the thought of Martin Heidegger. THIS question has today been forgotten.
