Volume III of William Hone's Every-Day Book and Table Book , as[re-]published by William Tegg in (apparently) about 1830. The volume includes both the third volume of the Every-Day Book and the first (only?) volume of the subsequent Table Book , which is of similar scale and substance. Other scans of this volume are extant, and there is a nice Project Gutenberg transcription already, but I found no other scans at this resolution, and preserving the physicality of the work. My copy, from an old mound of books salvaged from Clothier's Tavern library, was disbound and tattered, riddled by firebrats, but otherwise intact in a way one rarely finds, so I've undertaken a six-month effort to scan it completely and share here. Scanned at 600dpi, 24-bit color, algorithmically deskewed and then manually cropped.
