Beginning with v.3, Oct. 1881, the Theosophist includes a monthly supplement, separately paged. During 1884 this supplements forms a separate publication, entitled: Journal of the Theosophical society. Beginning with V.7, the Theosophist includes the Official report (called later General report of the [10th]---convention & anniversary of the Theosophical society. In v.7-9 these reports form the Jan. suppl. 34th 1909--these reports were publ. sep. & class. in BP 510.T5As. Publ. in Madras was suspended with Dec. 1929 (v.51,N.3). From Jan.-Dec.1930, the Theosophist was pub'd. in Hollywood, Cal., the Jan no. called v.51, n.4, & continuing the paging of the Madras Theosophist. Oct-Dec.1930, a bulletin called the Adyar theosophist pub'd in Madras & called v.52, n.1-3. With Jan. 1931(v.52,n.4) regular pub'n of the Theosophist was resumed in Madras. Absorbed: Lucifer; the light-bringer in 1931. Title varies
