A sermon delivered by John Hargrove before President Jefferson and about 40 members of Congress on December 26, 1802. Hargrove was the pastor of the New Jerusalem Church in Baltimore. The doctrines presented in this sermon are derived from the writings of Emanuel Swedenborg.
