[8], 191 pages, [1] leaves : 15 cm (8vo) Vergules replaced by commas in title page transcription Colophon reads: Getruckt zu Franckfort am Meyn bei Chr. Egenolffs Erben. Anno M. D. LXI "Wundtartzenei D. Theophrasti Paracelsi, vnnd erstlich was zu einem Wundartzet gehört, vn[d] ihm notwendig zuwissen ist": leaves 1 recto-165 recto. It includes extracts from the works of Paracelsus dealing with the treatment of wounds and ailments, drawing extensively from Die grosse Wundarzney, first printed in Augusburg, 1536. It includes a section of mercury for the treatment of syphilis on leaves 152 verso-162 recto "Von der quinta essentia": leaves 162 verso-191 verso, has been attributed to Ramon Lull, the Catalan philosopher, theologian, poet, and mystic, and is an alchemical text on the fifth essence.
